Shipping

Most orders received by 1 pm EST will ship same day. Items will ship UPS Ground (or equivalent) unless other arrangements are made. We always make it a priority to get your order shipped as soon as possible!

Tracking Information

When the order ships, you will be sent an email with the tracking number. Enter this information on the Track Your Order page to get the latest in-transit updates. 

Returns & Refunds

If the order has already shipped, the buyer may be responsible for all return shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for the initial purchase. If a refund is approved, all returned items must be unopened and unused. All returns must be approved by our Orders Team at 1-800-939-7706 or orders@thetestingstore.com prior to return. They will assign you the required RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provide you with the appropriate return address.
